Overview:

Looking for an experienced Workforce Planner to drives headcount management (open positions and the expense there associated), and analytics.

Qualifications:
--- 5-7+ years of workforce planning, business strategy, or equivalent experience with a Bachelor's Degree is must.
--- Heavy Excel, Workday and Resource Planning experience at a leadership level.
--- Ability to work in a global environment.
--- Experience working with Position Management is a plus.

--- Prior consulting or corporate experience focused on using data to uncover insights.
--- Experience working with HR/organizational data and systems.
--- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
--- Experience building leadership presentations.
--- Program and Project management Experience.
--- Payments industry experience desired.
