Join us today and find a rewarding job with the support you deserve.Job Description:We are looking for reliable and skilled Concrete Form Setters to construct and install forms for poured concrete. As a Concrete Form Setter, you will be responsible for building and securing the framework that holds the concrete in place while it sets. You will collaborate with a team to ensure the project meets deadlines, stays within budget, and is built to the highest standards of quality.Responsibilities:Measure, cut, and assemble wooden and metal forms to the required dimensions for pouring concrete.Install and secure concrete forms for foundations, walls, floors, and other structures.Use hand and power tools to shape and adjust forms as needed.Work with the team to ensure proper placement and alignment of forms.Ensure concrete forms are safe, stable, and meet project specifications.Follow safety procedures to create a safe work environment for all crew members.Assist with the pouring and finishing of concrete as needed.Read blueprints and interpret plans for formwork installation.Maintain and care for tools and equipment.Keep work area clean and organized.Qualifications:Previous experience as a Concrete Form Setter or in a similar role in construction.Knowledge of formwork installation, materials, and tools.Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.Strong understanding of safety standards and protocols.Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.Reliable transportation to and from job sites.Ability to work well in a team environment.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Experience with specialized concrete forming systems (e.g., tilt-up, precast).OSHA 10 or 30 certification or other safety training.Ability to use power tools and machinery safely and effectively.COME JOIN US!!Required
