Job Description:
We are looking for experienced Concrete Finishers who take pride in their work and possess strong attention to detail. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for smoothing, leveling, and finishing freshly poured concrete surfaces to ensure a flawless and durable finish. You will work closely with the crew to ensure projects are completed on time, safely, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and level the surface of concrete for pouring.
Apply sealers, coatings, and other finishing treatments.
Operate various hand tools and power tools such as trowels, floats, and screeds.
Ensure concrete is finished with high attention to detail and quality.
Work with a team to place, finish, and cure concrete surfaces, including floors, sidewalks, driveways, and curbs.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
Read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
Communicate effectively with project managers and other team members.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or in a related role.
Knowledge of concrete mixing, placing, and finishing techniques.
Ability to operate concrete finishing equipment and tools.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Safety-conscious and committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
Experience with decorative concrete finishing (e.g., stamping, staining, polishing).
OSHA certification or other relevant safety training.
