Work!About this Position:Professionally and respectfully persuade
customers to pay in an effort to redeem the repossessed vehicle or
reinstate the contract.Analyze the customers payment history and
the circumstances of the repossession, and then make redemption
payment arrangements within the guidelines of the department
policy.Have phone and written contact with customers, repossession
contractors and auction vendors.Support additional customer service
requests.Outcomes & Activities:Redeem Vehicles: Using our call
model, you will persuade customers to pay to redeem the repossessed
vehicles. We will measure you on the number of accounts
redeemedHandle Phone Calls: Spend up to 85% of your time handling
customer phone callsProvide Support: Support customer requests,
including processing one-time payment request over the phoneReceive
and Act Upon Feedback: Be open to ongoing coaching and feedback
aimed at improving performanceRemain compliant with our policies,
processes, and legal requirementsPerform all other duties as
assignedAdhere to attendance as outlined in the department
attendance policyRequirements:High school diploma or GEDHigh speed
internet connection with a minimum of 15mbps download speed
Preferred:Previous customer service, sales and/or collection
experiencePrevious experience working in a call center
environmentExperience in the finance or automotive
industryExperience in any position where you had to demonstrate
persuasive skills and negotiation skillsPrevious experience with
working on a dialerKnowledge and Skills:Communication: Tone of
voice; ask open -ended, probing questions; professional;

approachTraining & Schedule Requirements:Training : 6 weeksMonday
through Friday; 7:00 am - 4:00 pm CSTVirtual Training will be
conducted beginning 5/5/2025Schedule : Central Standard Time
(CST)Monday through Friday 11:00 am - 8:00 pmOnce a month on a
Saturday 7:00 am-11:00 amMandatory overtime during peak season
(January through March)Targeted Compensation: $19.50/hour, plus
