The Office of Alumni & Corporate Engagement at Ma ys Business School is seeking an outgoing and gregarious Program Coordinator !

You will work collaboratively with the leadership team to plan, develop, and implement programs and systems that support alumni engagement, corporate relations, and recruitment success for Mays Business School. A successful candidate will have experience with managing program and event logistics, CRM/database entry, as well as analyzing data and preparing surveys/reports. This individual will have experience working with a variety of constituents including students, faculty, staff, alumni, company representatives and recruiters.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Two years of related experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience within a higher education environment.

Experience working with corporate representatives, recruiters, and talent acquisition leaders.

Experience with event planning.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.

Knowledge of word, spreadsheet, and database applications.

Verbal and written communication skills.

Essential Duties/Tasks

Program Coordination and Implementation:

Works closely with the Director of Recruiter Success on facilitating successful on-campus engagement with corporate partners and recruiters. This includes but is not limited to Employer of the Day events, Industry Day initiatives, information sessions, and recruitment and networking events.

Supports the Executive Director of Alumni Engagement with reunions, conferences, and other alumni outreach programs.

Support financial planning for events, including managing budgets, processing payments, and coordinating with vendors and service providers.

Data and Systems Management:

Maintain and analyze alumni and corporate engagement data to track participation trends, program effectiveness, and recruitment success.

Manage and update CRM/database.

Generate reports and insights for leadership.

Overall Unit Support:

Provide general support to the Office of Alumni & Corporate Engagement in the areas of alumni engagement, corporate relations, and recruiter success.

Facilitate outreach and email campaigns via Emma platform, assist with development of special programs, oversee general office and program supply needs.

Outreach and Collaboration:

Works closely with leadership team on outreach efforts, assists with communication and collaboration between internal stakeholders and other college/departmental leaders, career services, students, alumni, and company representatives.

Assist in developing promotional materials, managing event communications, and email marketing strategies to enhance engagement.
