Job Title: Systems Engineer

The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.

Lob Location: Remote

Pay Range: $35/hr to $40/hr



DayToDay Responsbilities:

Oversee installation, troubleshooting, integration, and commissioning of robotics equipment.
Provide technical oversight for all robotics equipment installations.
Collaborate with diverse stakeholders during deployments.
Identify and resolve technical issues in real-time.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for deployment processes.
Support and guide on-site and remote robotic technology installations.
Lead teams of engineers and trades during deployment projects.

Must Have:

BS degree in Engineering or a closely related STEM field.
3+ years of experience working on mechanical, electrical, IT networked, or software systems.
Expertise in robotics, complex electro-mechanical systems, and networked engineering.
Strong initiative and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

NiceToHave:

Practical understanding of network fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, routing, switching, HTTP).
Experience in a role with a minimum of 50% travel.
Ability to demonstrate past use of data to drive decision-making processes.
Familiarity with LEAN or Six Sigma (certifications are a plus).
Ability to take independent initiative when presented with a business need.
Ability to recognize process gaps and take ownership in developing solutions.
