Job Description:
My client is hiring a IN-office Loan Officer / VA Specialist and
Loan Processors!
Applicants must specialize in VA or Government loans and have
experience working with Realtors on a daily basis.
Main duties include responding to incoming calls and emails from
customers and real estate agents, encouraging prospects to
apply,
Generating pre-approvals, and following up on leads and
pre-approved customers.
This is not a lead-generation position and you will not be doing
outside sales.
Set up new contracts in the system and collect client documents, as
well as review rates/fees and the loan process and lock them
in.
Manage the customer and real estate agent relationships by sending
loan status updates and seeing the loan through to funding.
