Job Description:
Tesla's Cell Operations Team is seeking highly motivated
individuals to tackle manufacturing on a challenging new process.
You will be working alongside Engineers to develop an advanced new
product and be among the first individuals to work on cutting edge
manufacturing processes within Tesla. This fast-paced team is the

the 4 shifts.
A: 6:00AM - 6:00PM, Sunday - Tuesday (*Wednesday)
B: 6:00AM - 6:00PM, (*Wednesday) Thursday - Saturday
C: 6:00PM - 6:00AM, Sunday - Tuesday (*Wednesday)
D: 6:00PM - 6:00AM, (*Wednesday) Thursday - Saturday
*Wednesday is Swing Day
Night Shift Receives 10% Shift Differential
Responsibilities
- Focus on work area safety, cleanliness, material usage and
organization
- Operate various process equipment in the development stage and
sustain 24/7 operation
- Conduct analytical tests, measure and record data using defined
tools and software
- Identify problems and potential solutions to troubleshoot
issues as they arise during regular production and engineering
builds
- Participate in the continuous improvement of safety, quality,
output, and tool uptime
- Perform equipment setup, operation, adjustments, and minor
preventative maintenance tasks to meet safety, quality, and
efficiency standards for equipment in varying development
stages
- Support production leadership at times in organizing associates
and manpower to perform engineering trials on equipment
Requirements
- Experience in large or small scale manufacturing in a
production process role
- Experience with operating and troubleshooting
automated/semi-automated manufacturing equipment, basic mechanical
troubleshooting preferred
- Demonstrate ability to analyze problems and error conditions,
identify root causes, and implement viable long-term solutions,
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles is preferred, but not
required
- Command of the English language, both written and verbal with
ability to understand and record maintenance procedures, shift pass
downs, etc.
- Comfortable with frequent change of direction, dynamic work
environment and passion to perform time-sensitive analysis under
pressure
- Demonstrated ability to be a self-driven contributor with
