We conduct appointments in a variety of locations. These include
residential homes, schools, family homes, workplaces, and other

assessments to meet the needs of patients servedCommunicates

appointments, home visits, and observations for to monitor work
advancementCoordinates home visits to meet the requirements of
in-home observations, chart reviews, staff interviews, and data
analysisEnsures implementation of the program plan is effective and
properly carried outParticipates in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings
and other pertinent meetings as requiredCompletes monthly and
quarterly progress notesOrganizes trainings to certify staff and
other team members are competent on the implementation of the
program plan and/or documentation sheetsProvides follow-up
interviews, home visits, and observations for continued support of
an individual's needsMaintains records to guarantee information is
readily available to interested partiesActs as liaison with the
public and mental health community to provide support with
development goalsAssists in creating procedures for training
materials to improve programs for
individualsQualifications:Experience with behavioral intervention,
and/or a strong educational emphasis on the principles of learning
and developmental psychologyTwo or more years of experience working
with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral

LICENSUREMASTERS DEGREE REQUIREDAny amount of experience with IDD
clients in ICF and Waiver programs is a plus, as this is 95% of our
client population. Those with counseling experience will have an
opportunity to provide therapy services.Salary Range: USD $35.00 -
$40.00 / Hourby Jobble
