Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Analyst, CRM Analytics to join
their Marketing Team.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze marketing performance and deliver data-driven insights for
optimizations
Maintain and enhance measurement frameworks and KPIs to demonstrate
marketing success
Regularly deliver reports interpreting analytics and providing
actionable recommendations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
3-5 years of experience in data analysis related to campaigns and
customer journeys
Hands-on experience with digital analytics tools such as Snowflake,
Excel, and Tableau
Strong understanding of A/B testing data and advanced skills in R
or Python preferred
Experience working with technical and business teams to deliver
integrated analytics solutions
