Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Research Education
Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as project director and task lead for large education
technical assistance projects
Design and develop training materials, provide direct technical
assistance, and produce client deliverables
Build strategic partnerships and contribute to business development
in federal and state-level technical assistance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with at least 15 years of experience, or a
Master's degree with at least 12 years, or a PhD with at least 8
years in an education or social science field
At least 3 years of experience leading federal or SEA education
technical assistance projects
Proven track record in winning grant and contract proposals for
various organizations
Successful project management experience, including budgeting and
scheduling
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and work
independently or collaboratively
