Job Description:
A company is looking for a UX Architect to drive experience
architecture across digital products in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Prioritize, plan, and execute design initiatives under the
supervision of the Sr UX Architect
Drive the creation and maintenance of research-driven artifacts to
express user needs and identify opportunities for improvement
Lead user research and design thinking activities to understand
user goals and inform product objectives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or associate degree in a relevant field
Experience with UX tools such as Axure, Figma, Confluence, JIRA,
and Adobe Analytics
Background in customer-facing roles, particularly in fintech or
financial services
Experience in agile environments and conducting user research
Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform
design decisions
