Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Enterprise Architect to
guide the technology vision for customer and provider support
services.
Key Responsibilities
Understand current state solutions and propose investment roadmaps
for improvements
Architect highly available and resilient solutions across public
cloud infrastructure and SaaS integrations
Champion the adoption of emerging technologies to enhance
operational efficiency and member experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of IT experience, with at least 2
years in an enterprise architecture role, or 10+ years of IT
experience without a degree
Significant experience in technology domains such as Integration,
Information, Solution, or Infrastructure Architecture
At least 5 years of experience in Customer Service and Healthcare
payer admin technologies
Deep understanding of healthcare payer operations and claims
processing
Proven experience in delivering enterprise architecture, including
governance and design principles
