Job Description:
A company is looking for a DFIR Consultant to assist clients in
responding to and investigating cybersecurity breaches.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with scoping new engagements and guide clients through the
incident response lifecycle
Conduct forensic investigations on hosts, networks, and
applications
Lead incident response training and tabletop exercises, and develop
comprehensive reports on forensic findings
Required Qualifications:
Significant experience in forensic and incident response
Strong awareness of current cyber threats and industry best
practices
Experience with Endpoint Detection Response, Microsoft 365, Linux
OS, Python, PowerShell, Kape, and Velociraptor
Demonstrated experience in a technical role for a consulting
company
Ability to make decisions on remediation and countermeasures for
information security threats
