We are a multidisciplinary clinic with ABA, Speech, and OT working together in an integrated approach at our award-winning campus while enjoying various developmental activities such as aquatic therapy, social skill groups, and school readiness classrooms. In the Fall of 2024, we are launching a non-profit private school One of the Kids Academy at the South Austin location.

Life at One of the Kids:

We are currently looking to add a Clinical Supervisor, BCBA to our tight-knit team:

- Certified as a BCBA with 1+ year of BCBA related experience preferred but not required.

- Manageable small caseload of 5-6 comprehensive program clients (140-160 direct therapy hours under supervision).

- Center-based in South Austin. Flexible schedule within operating hours between 8:30AM and 5PM weekdays. No weekends or after hours.

- Salary $75,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience level, plus a quarterly performance-based bonus.
