Compensation

The pay for this position is $30 - $34 per hour


Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment


A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates



Highlights

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based on attendance, performance, and business needs


The required availability for this position is Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts



Responsibilities

Support daily enterprise SSD qualification activities with the Dell ESS team.


Run script-based Dell ESS testing on both Linux and Windows platforms.


Work within Dell's unique environment, including iDRAC, Dell customized BIOS, backplane, and BOSS.


Utilize debugging tools such as protocol analyzers and Micron debugging CLI tools.


Perform firmware updates, conversions, and configuration changes using Micron internal tools.


Maintain daily communication with Micron FAE to synchronize priority tasks for Dell F1 Dynamic/JEDI activities.



Qualifications

Required:

Experience with SSD qualification and testing.


Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems.


Understanding of Dell-specific tools and configurations, including iDRAC and BIOS.


Proficiency in debugging tools such as protocol analyzers and CLI utilities.


Ability to perform firmware updates and configuration changes.


Strong communication skills for daily collaboration with Micron FAE.
