Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Analyst to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to receive comprehensive training and preparation to effectively contribute to the growth and success of the company. As a Business Analyst, you will work with cross-functional teams to assess business needs, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to drive improvements and achieve strategic goals.

Note : Candidates on H1B visa & looking for C2C will NOT be considered



Key Responsibilities:

Participate in an intensive training program focused on Business Analysis tools, methodologies, and industry best practices.

Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.

Assist in creating functional specifications and business process models.

Support project teams in the successful implementation of new systems or process changes.

Work with IT teams to ensure that business requirements are aligned with technical solutions.

Learn and apply agile and waterfall project management methodologies.



Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work well in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Familiarity with Business Analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus.

Ability to learn quickly and apply new concepts in a practical setting.

Preferred Experience:

Experience or internship in Business Analysis, IT consulting, or a related field.

Understanding of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.

Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.

Salary

Starting pay rate will be $32.5 to $35 per hour with an increment of 10% after completion of six months & 1000 professional working hours
