Job Description:
A company is looking for a Carrier Connection Analyst to manage
and resolve post-production discrepancies reported by clients and
insurance carriers.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve discrepancies and errors reported by customers and
insurance carriers
Serve as a point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
for complex issues and escalations
Investigate root causes of discrepancies and implement enhancements
to improve customer experience
Required Qualifications
At least 4 years of experience in operations, project management,
or an equivalent role
A minimum of 2+ years of experience in Benefits Administration
supporting EDI or API integrations
Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams
Experience working through a dashboard of tasks and organizing day
around tasks and project deliverables
G-Suite experience
