*Your Next Opportunity:*
* *Conduct Assessments: *Perform comprehensive evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
* *Implement Interventions: *Use a play-based approach to tailor interventions to each child's interests and strengths.
* *Supervise and Train: *Guide and mentor Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians.
* *Collaborate: *Work closely with families and other professionals for a holistic approach.
* *Maintain Records: *Keep detailed and accurate records of client progress.

*What You Bring:*
* *BCBA Certification: *Current and in good standing.
* *Experience: *At least 2 years working with children with autism and related developmental disabilities.
* *Skills:* Expertise in developing and monitoring behavioral programs for complex needs (e.g., feeding, toileting, high-intensity behavior).
* *Communication: *Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
