V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Systems Analyst 3 for our premier client in Austin, Texas.

Education and Experience - Proficient in J2EE technologies, with strong working knowledge of JavaScript and JSP: 13 years.
Hands-on skills in Front-End/UI Development, including enhancement and maintenance of enterprise-grade web applications on the J2EE platform: 13 years.
Strong SQL query writing skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.: 13 years.
Experience in application development using Tomcat Server and web services.: 13 years.
Experience developing comprehensive data validation and data quality checks across various stages of data ingestion and processing.: 8 years.
Experience developing technical documentation for requirements, user training and operations: 8 years.
Experience designing and developing SQL scripts for Snowflake: 8 years.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience as a system analyst for a data analytics, performance management system, or data warehousing project.: 8 years.
Technical writing and diagraming skills, including proficiency with modeling and mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Erwin), and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and MS Project.: 8 years.
Experience on an agile sprint team: 8 years.
Experience with JIRA software: 8 years.
Proven experience in business analysis with a focus on TIERS data (CHIP & Medicaid data) for healthcare services: 8 years.
Experience integrating Tableau dashboards within web-based applications.: 8 years.


Preferred: Proven ability to write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices: 8 years.
Understanding of security principles and how they apply to healthcare data: 4 years.
Experience with state of the art software components for a performance metrics data visualization or business intelligence environment: 4 years.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.: 4 years.
Effectively manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize conflicting assignments, and switch quickly between assignments, as required.: 4 years.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business or equivalent experience.: 4 years.
Prior experience in the Healthcare Industry: 4 years.
Prior experience with an HHS agency: 4 years.
Prior experience working with PII or PHI data: 4 years.
Functional knowledge or hands on design experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc.): 4 years.
