About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Best Buy Health. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for responding to inbound calls and activations, providing customers with relevant and accurate information on products and services, and presenting and selling new products, upgrades, and additional value-added services to both new and existing customers.Key Responsibilities

• Respond to a high volume of inbound calls and activations calls from existing and/or new customers, providing customers with relevant, accurate information on products and services
• Answer customer questions and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain a customer focus by listening actively and maintaining composure
• Present and sell new products, upgrades, and additional value-added services to both new and existing customers, including processing sales orders
• Activate new lines of service for phones/devices purchased through retail partners
• Maintain performance based on goals and objectivesRequirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience required
  • Minimum of 1 year call center sales environment preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred
  • Prior experience meeting and/or exceeding sales quotas preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
