Description:Image Library

• Receives phone calls, fax requests and emails and processes requests for medical records including films and digital images from patients and referring physicians.
• Receives, delivers and sends mail including correspondence with patients.
• Contacts patients and facilities to obtain comparison images.
• Produces quality images through various systems and gathers/assembles images for distribution.
• Generates and processes daily pull lists and add-ons to ensure timely delivery of prior images.
• Schedules outside exams to upload images into ARA Synapse.
• Creates addendums and over read requests from patients and physicians offices.Additional Skills & Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1-3 of experience in a healthcare or high-volume call center environment and medical terminology experience for radiology procedures preferred.
  • Must be tech savvy
  • E-skills assessment
  • Must be able to catch on quick and work on their ownExperience Level:Entry Level
