Area Sales Executive HighEnd Logistics Austin TX (Remote from home office and around the greater Austin area)Candidates must live within 30 miles of Austin$80K $125K base plus $30K Commission ($110K $155K Year One OTE)***Must have 2 years of outside sales experience within a "white glove" highend value logistics companyOur client is an industry leader in providing logistics services across the healthcare aerospace technology entertainment and electronics industries among others. Their incredible culture stellar team and competitive pay structure makes for a great place to Work.This position is to focus on outside businesstobusiness sales through lead generation and client development to continuously grow the representative s own portfolio and company s success. This position is a combination of generating new business and client account management.Required:2 years of outside sales Domestic experience within a white glove highend value logistics company requiredNeed to live within the Austin area or within a 30 mile radius to Austin. Not looking to relocate someone. Need someone locally that knows the market.Good networking skills and the ability to handle numerous companies and clientsAbility to tenaciously work under pressure and execute sales initiativesAble to pass a background screenResponsibilities:Generate outside leads and prospect new business opportunities through telequalifying fieldqualifying referrals and staying informed on the area s market opportunities and changesEffectively grow and manage the client pipeline from lead generation to client account managementProvide a high level of customer service while explaining the company s services and benefits to potential and existing clients Strength and maintain client relationships through frequent visits phone calls emails promotional materials lunch meetings and entertainment such as sporting events and outingsUtilizes various tools and resources to maximize territory s business potential such as but not limited to researching market changes effectively qualifying businesses needs and executing highyielding call plans and strategiesResearch and develop an understanding of clients business and their business needs to best represent and sell the company s servicesBenefits:Uncapped commission in addition to competitive base salary$500 monthly car allowance$500 monthly gas allowance$100 monthly cell phone allowanceLaptop and cell phone providedMedical Dental and Vision insurance401k match contributionHSA match contributionPaid Time OffLife Insurance High-Value Logistics, Sales
