Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Services Representative I to
manage inbound patient inquiries and provide program
information.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inquiry calls, emails, and web forms, providing live
information to patients, families, and referrers
Collect patient information and input data into various platforms
while scheduling screening appointments
Encourage interested families to proceed with the admissions
process and resolve patient requests efficiently
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a call center, customer service, or
patient scheduling role
Experience with high-volume inbound call management
Organized and results-driven with the ability to adapt to a
fast-paced environment
Comfortable working remotely and managing rapid changes
Availability during 8:00am - 5:00pm MST or CST hours
