We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Buyer's Agent to join our team. As a Buyer's Agent, you will work closely with clients to help them find and purchase their dream homes. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying process, from initial consultation to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Responsibilities:
--- Assist clients in identifying their needs and preferences for their new home.
--- Conduct property searches and provide clients with suitable options.
--- Schedule and conduct property showings.
--- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients.
--- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth transaction process.
--- Stay informed about market trends and property values.

Qualifications:
--- Licensed real estate agent.
--- 12 to 18 months of experience in real estate preferred, with less than 10 transactions completed.
--- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
--- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
--- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
--- Familiarity with local real estate market trends.
