Job Description:
A company is looking for an Agent Onboarding Specialist,
responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new
agents.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the onboarding process for all new agents, ensuring
compliance and smooth transitions
Coordinate with internal partners to set up new agents with
necessary tools and resources
Facilitate communication with branch leaders regarding onboarding
updates and support recruiting efforts
Required Qualifications
2 or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a
real estate office
Technological proficiency with various operating systems and
software, including Microsoft Office
Ability to master additional software as needed, such as Adobe
Acrobat and Power BI
Experience working in a remote environment with self-discipline and
productivity
Customer-focused with a willingness to adapt workload and schedule
as needed
