Job Description:
A company is looking for a CX Agent, focusing on chat support
and patient assistance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist patients with concerns and questions through the application
and customer support messaging system
Spend the majority of time providing patient support via chat
Coordinate logistics for prescription insurance and medication
delivery while advocating for patients with insurance companies and
pharmacies
Required Qualifications
At least two years of written customer support experience
Familiarity with technology and computer usage
Regular and reliable attendance with adherence to a scheduled
shift
A quiet home environment for receiving and making calls
Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
