Monitor and analyze sales performance of individual sellers to
drive improvements in sales and revenue

training and workflow design
Coach teams and provide career development guidance based on
performance metrics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline preferred; combination
of education and work experience accepted
5+ years of sales management experience
Proven metrics of team performance under management
Experience in high-growth, fast-paced organizations
Experience in growing teams and hiring salespeople
