A company is looking for a Remote Creole Patient Service Center Rep II.

Key Responsibilities

Complete scheduling and registration functions for patient visits during one call
Provide important appointment information and verify patient demographic and insurance details
Secure payment of patients' financial liabilities and perform collection efforts

Required Qualifications

HS Diploma or GED
Fluent in English and Creole
Remote work experience
Experience in scheduling, working with patient insurances, taking payments, and obtaining authorizations
