Job Description:
A company is looking for an eCommerce Digital Sales
Representative - Renewals.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for clients renewing subscriptions in
the eCommerce sales channel
Support customers facing issues during the renewal process to
reduce churn
Manage Salesforce inquiries and report on renewals, retention, and
churn metrics
Required Qualifications
1-2+ years of experience in customer support, renewal sales, or
customer success, preferably in SaaS
Experience with Salesforce CRM ticket management
Proficient in online technologies such as JIRA and Google
collaboration tools
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Experience in project management for retention campaigns
