Steve Vinklarek - State Farm Agency, located in West Lake Hill (Austin, TX) has an immediate opening for a full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Representative. Must have recent State Farm experience and an active Property and Casualty license with proven sales track record, a Life & Health license is preferred but not required.

This is an in-office job and we offer the use of our company car to get to/from our office located in West Lake Hill (Austin), TX. We will also consider a flexible schedule where one day a week can you can work remote if you are very well trained and experienced. Being bilingual in Spanish would be very well received.

  • Offering up to $1,000 sign on bonus for the right candidate
  • Use of our company vehicle a 2022 Hyundai Ioniq (approx. 55 mpg)
  • Flexible schedule - 1 remote day per week
  • Will also consider a relocation incentive for qualified candidates!

      Role Summary:

      The main role is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, maintain high customer satisfaction and support our awesome sales team! Ideal candidate is a professional with a great attitude. Someone with an outgoing, energetic, vivacious personality! Someone who has 'never met a stranger,' has stellar computer skills, the ability to multi-task, works well with their peers, and has a true passion for helping others. This is a fun team and a busy office; we need someone who will thrive in a team environment.

      Responsibilities include but not limited to:
      • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
      • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
      • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

            Requirements
            • Recent State Farm Sales experience
            • Sales Professional, need hunter type!
            • Property and Casualty license required
            • Life and Health license preferred
            • Insurance Sales Experience
            • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
            • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
            • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
            • Self-motivated
            • Ability to multi-task
            • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
