Job Description:
At Sock Club, we create high-quality, custom socks that bring

delivery. As the Director of Sales - Small/Medium Business, you
will lead our SMB sales team, driving revenue growth, customer
retention, and team performance. You will oversee inbound sales,
nurture key client relationships, and develop scalable strategies
to convert one-time buyers into long-term customers. This role
combines customer success, revenue strategy, and sales execution to
ensure every client interaction is impactful and drives sustainable
growth.Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute growth strategies to expand our SMB client
segment and drive repeat business.
- Manage revenue targets, sales performance, and conversion
metrics, continuously identifying growth opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing Customer Success &
Sales team.
- Optimize sales funnels and lead qualification processes to
increase conversion rates.
- Develop and implement efficient workflows, sales processes, and
reporting structures to enhance team effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure
seamless lead nurturing and customer experience.
- Conduct competitive analysis to refine positioning, sales
tactics, and customer engagement approaches.Required
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Sales, or Account
Management.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing customer-facing
sales teams.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth through customer
engagement & sales initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of data-driven
decision-making.
- Experience with CRM systems, customer success tools, and sales
automation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related
