Job Description: -We are currently seeking a dedicated and
experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of
commercial clients, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring
the delivery of exceptional customer service. The Commercial Lines
Account Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the growth
and retention of our commercial lines
business.Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated
portfolio of commercial clients, addressing their inquiries,
concerns, and insurance needs.
- Conduct regular policy reviews and provide proactive
recommendations to ensure clients have appropriate coverage and are
adequately protected.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Lines Producer to develop and
execute strategies for client retention and growth.
- Coordinate with underwriters and carriers to negotiate terms,
conditions, and pricing to meet clients' coverage
requirements.
- Prepare and present insurance proposals, policies, and related
documents to clients in a clear and comprehensive manner.
- Maintain accurate client records, policy documentation, and
other relevant information in the company's database.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and
regulatory updates to provide clients with up-to-date information
and guidance.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
(preferred -not -required).
- A -minimum of 6 years of experience in a commercial lines
insurance -account management role.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, policy
terms, and coverage options.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the
ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficient in using insurance management systems and other
relevant software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management
skills.
- Possess necessary licensing or certifications as required by
