This role is focused on shaping our market-leading portfolio management solution to best fit the ever-evolving needs of our enterprise-scale customers. Remote eligible.What You'll DoAs a Senior Product Manager, you will lead initiatives that ensure our products deliver value, usability, & feasibility. You will collaborate across teams-including customers, sales, development, consulting, & marketing-to define strategies that meet customer needs while driving business outcomes. This position requires a balance of user empathy, technical acumen, & business strategy to guide our product portfolio's success.

• Strategic Roadmapping: Develop & own a multi-year product roadmap balancing innovation, competitive differentiation, & customer retention.
• Market & User Insights: Identify customer needs & market opportunities through user research, stakeholder feedback, data analysis, & competitive research.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, aligning product, development, sales, & services to deliver impactful solutions.
• Execution & Delivery: Drive end-to-end product development with a focus on user experience, measurable impact, & iterative learning.
• Mentorship & Best Practices: Serve as a champion for product management excellence, mentoring team members & contributing to organizational growth.What You'll BringWhat We're Looking For:
  • Experience: Proven track record as a product manager delivering solutions to enterprise customers, ideally within software. (4+ years of experience)
  • Leadership: Ability to influence & collaborate across teams without direct authority.
  • Strategic Thinking: Skill in creating strategic roadmaps & making trade-offs with imperfect information.
  • Technical & Market Knowledge: Familiarity with project portfolio management, scaled Agile, & financial management solutions is a plus.
  • Agility: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with Agile methodologies.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to articulate complex concepts in terms of business value, & excellent presentation skills.Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with PMOs, product development, engineering/manufacturing, or scaling Agile implementations.
    • Strong analytical & organizational skills to identify trends in user behavior or data analysis.
