A company is looking for a Manager of TPA Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Leads a team to ensure operational performance and service
standards are met
Provides direction to third-party administrators to ensure
compliance with company policies
Manages business relationships with vendors and facilitates
operational implementations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related
field, or equivalent experience
8 years of progressive experience in health insurance operations,
including 3 years in a leadership role
Preferred experience with specialty/supplemental insurance
Advanced knowledge of specialty/supplemental insurance business
operations
Strong vendor management skills
