Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Social Media to
join their Activation team.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and evolve social platform expertise by advising clients
on best practices and emerging trends
Oversee social content and channel management, ensuring timely
approvals and coordination between clients and account teams
Mentor and cultivate the growth of junior team members through
strategic counsel and coaching
Required Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of experience in health, biotech, or pharmaceutical
social media
Demonstrated understanding of organic and paid social media
execution across various channels
Proven ability to manage and mentor junior team members
Experience in client service, preferably in an agency
environment
Understanding of FDA and FTC regulations guiding social media
efforts for biotech and pharma clients
