The Overnight Assistant Manager will function as acting Manager on Duty during the nighttime. This manager will be supporting most areas of the hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Stewarding, Food & Beverage, and Security. The Overnight Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting with or addressing any guest and colleague concerns as well as ensuring that our Hyatt brand standards are being observed by our colleagues as well as our vendors. This position will be working closely together with multiple divisions of the hotel and must maintain a high level of communication with the team.

• Maintain professional and healthy relationships with all departments within the hotel.
• Respond to a variety of guest request with corrective analyzing and brand standards.
• Perform all audit procedures as set forth by the Hotel and company, periodically as needed.
• Lead by example and with a sense of ownership.
• Quickly correct safety concerns and ensure guest and colleague safety.
• Address any guest concerns while ensuring the proper follow up is delivered.
• Lead the effort for colleague engagement during our night shifts.

  Qualifications:
  
  • 2-3 years of hotel Rooms Management experience is beneficial.
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work overnight shifts on any day to include weekends and holidays
  • Successful problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent overall communication skills.
  • Able to multi-task.
  • The ability to work well in a team environment.
  • A desire to learn and grow within hotel operations.
  • Able to stand for extended periods of time.
