• Implement and manage patient care plans in accordance with physician orders.
• Conduct thorough assessments and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Document patient care and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families on disease management and self-care techniques.Requirements
  • Current, unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
