Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bi-Lingual Small-Balance
Collector.
Key Responsibilities:
Make a minimum of 80 outbound/inbound calls to debtors
Negotiate payment arrangements and create urgency for non-paying
debtors
Collaborate with Client Support Representatives to resolve
disputes
Required Qualifications:
Preferred experience in collections, sales, telemarketing, or
customer service
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer
skills
Critical thinking and basic math skills required
SalesForce.com experience is a plus
Dependability and ability to deescalate adverse situations
