Volt is immediately hiring for Maskers in Austin, Texas.

As a Masker, you will:

Follow work instructions and use tools to perform masking tasks
Applying Masking Materials: Use materials like tape, latex, or other coatings to cover areas that should not be exposed during the process
Following Specifications: Ensure accuracy by following detailed prints and customer specifications
Removing Masking Materials: After the process is complete, remove the masking materials using various tools and techniques
Ensure high-quality service to customers by maintaining consistent attendance.
Utilize fine motor skills for detailed work.

This is a full-time opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

Reliable transportation and a strong attendance record
A history of staying with previous employers for at least 1-2 years
Experience in activities requiring fine motor skills (e.g., knitting, cake decorating, model cars, circuit board assembly)
Experience using microscopes is a significant advantage

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
