Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Coding Operations to oversee
daily operations within the Provider HIM Coding division.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain customer retention and satisfaction by addressing needs
and resolving issues
Provide monthly performance data to clients and implement
performance improvement plans
Manage employee performance, onboarding, and relations while
ensuring compliance with quality standards
Required Qualifications
Relevant Associate or Bachelor's degree, preferably from an AHIMA
certified HIM or Nursing Program
At least 5 years of management or supervisory experience in a
hospital setting
Industry credentials such as RHIT, RHIA, or CCS with a minimum of 5
years coding experience
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel,
Outlook) preferred
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
