Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Finance/Controller to
oversee financial operations and execute fiscal strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all accounting functions, ensuring compliance with GAAP and
regulatory requirements
Lead the annual budgeting process and provide financial planning
and analysis to support organizational goals
Supervise and develop finance staff, fostering collaboration and
integration with other departments
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business management
(CPA/Masters preferred)
10+ years of experience in accounting and financial management,
ideally within a nonprofit organization
Strong expertise in GAAP, audits, compliance, and nonprofit grant
accounting
Proven ability to lead budgeting and financial planning
processes
Technology-savvy with experience in financial systems and advanced
Excel skills
