Experience in software product development, digital design, UX/UI
or a related field
Designing mockups and/or wireframes that conform to UX best
practices
A portfolio of user research, visual design, and usability studies
that demonstrates a high level of professionalism
Experience conducting user and usability research
Demonstrated strong writing and organization skills
Demonstrated strong communication and facilitation skills
Direct experience leading large-scale UX/UI efforts
Documented experience developing wireframes, mockups, and
prototypes in Figma or comparable design software
Experience ensuring designs and website confirm to federal
accessibility guidelines
Documented work experience with the issue tracking software
